Who This Serves:<\/span>  <\/strong>In our communities, many of our neighbors, friends and loved ones face challenges in getting the help they need to stay healthy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What:<\/span>  <\/strong>Samaritan’s Patient Support Program changes lives by providing financial support during tough times to help patients heal and live healthier lives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Where:<\/span><\/strong> Hospitals and clinics throughout Samaritan\u2019s tri-county region of Benton, Lincoln and Linn counties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When:<\/span> <\/strong> All year. Patient applications renew annually.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
