The services provided during the health screening appointment, such as lab work or vaccinations, are free.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>*Employees rehired within 60 days may not require a new-hire\/rehire health screening. An Employe Health nurse will review your employee health record to identify job duty requirements<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Remote and Corporate Employees<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Employees working from home or in one of Samaritan\u2019s corporate facilities may be contacted via email with the required paperwork. Complete and submit paperwork to <a href=\"mailto:hrservicecenter@samhealth.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">hrservicecenter@samhealth.org<\/a> within 10 working days of starting your regular work duties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-inpatient-hospital-amp-outpatient-clinic-employees\">Inpatient, Hospital and Outpatient Clinic Employees<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Employees working in a facility where patient care services are provided will require in-person appointments. Outlook invitations with instructions and required paperwork will be sent to your personal and SHS email addresses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Submit completed paperwork and immunization records to <a href=\"mailto:hrservicecenter@samhealth.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">hrservicecenter@samhealth.org<\/a> at least two business days before your scheduled appointment. If you are unable to submit paperwork and immunization records, bring printed copies to your appointment. Appointments must be completed within 10 working days of starting your regular work duties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Immunization Records<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Your health and the health of those you\u2019ll encounter while working at Samaritan is important to us. Therefore, we follow industry standards and recommendations to safeguard you and others. Immunization records need to be either emailed to <a href=\"mailto:hrservicecenter@samhealth.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">hrservicecenter@samhealth.org<\/a> or bring a printed copy.
