Recognize Outstanding Care<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Shining Star Award program is a great way to recognize employees who consistently demonstrate Samaritan\u2019s PRIDE values of passion, respect, integrity, dedication and excellence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You may nominate any employee at any Samaritan location. Everyone who is nominated will receive a Shining Star Award and be eligible to win an Ignite Award, which is an overall system-wide award to recognize outstanding employees. Ignite Award recipients will be selected by the Employee Engagement Committee at the end of each quarter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please note: <\/strong>We might use your nomination in our communications with our employees and the public about the high-quality care our team provides.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our foundations play an important role in meeting the health care needs of our local communities. Your support helps to fund medical equipment for our hospitals and clinics, enhance program services, provide financial support for patient and community wellness programs, and help low-income individuals obtain medical care. While a donation is not a requirement of the Shining Star program, if you are able, we invite you to join us as a partner in our foundations\u2019 mission of building a healthier community together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
