If insurance pays all charges, you will not receive any further communication from us. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 4: <\/strong>Your insurance company will send you an explanation of benefits, which details what they have paid. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step <\/strong>5: Remaining charges are billed to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step <\/strong>6: Please pay in full within 30 days or contact us to set up a payment plan.
