Our physical therapists will work with you and your primary care provider to develop a personalized treatment plan to help improve your health and mobility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our office is located in North&nbsp;Albany, on the second floor of the Samaritan Medical and Diagnostics Center.&nbsp;We offer a variety of services such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sports and orthopedic rehab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exercise therapy for spine and extremities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Spine and core strength\/stabilization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manual therapy with joint and soft tissue mobilization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Total joint replacement therapy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pelvic floor rehab, including pelvic pain and continence therapy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Upper extremity lymphedema
