We listen and provide guidance based on your wants and needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-our-services\">Our Services<strong>*<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>One-on-one counseling and education covering diabetes, diabetes prevention and\/or nutrition therapy for diabetes, kidney disease, weight loss, eating disorders and sports nutrition.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Foot clinic with services including toenail trimming and callus and nail debridement, for people diagnosed with diabetes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Continuous glucose monitoring to help assess for high and low blood sugar patterns and guide treatment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Medication management, working with your doctor to adjust diabetes medications to improve blood sugar control.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Helping you set goals for changing behavior to improve health.&nbsp;
