Las habilidades aprendidas lo ayudaran a hacerse cargo de su salud al desarrollar habilidades de comunicaci\u00f3n, resoluci\u00f3n de problemas y planificaci\u00f3n de acciones. Obtenga el control y si\u00e9ntase mejor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este es un&nbsp;curso de seis semanas.
