Meeting Times<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Tuesdays, 4 to 5 p.m., primarily online with two in-person sessions.<\/li>\n<li>Thursdays, 4 to 5 p.m., physical activity at <a href=\"https:\/\/samhealth.org\/find-a-location\/samfit-albany\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">SamFit-Albany.<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Eligibility<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>18 years of age or older.<\/li>\n<li>BMI of 27 or greater.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Pricing<\/h2>\n<p>$999 for the program, which includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>16 lifestyle classes.<\/li>\n<li>10 specialized small group fitness classes led by personal<br \/>\ntrainers.<\/li>\n<li>4-month membership to <a href=\"https:\/\/samfit.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">SamFit<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Program manual with eight weeks of meal<br \/>\nplans and grocery lists.<\/li>\n<li>Habit change book.<\/li>\n<li>Cooking demonstration and samples.<\/li>\n<li>Body composition analysis throughout<br \/>\nthe
