She treats conditions and diseases that affect the joints, muscles and bones that cause pain, swelling, stiffness and deformity.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr. Abraham earned bachelor\u2019s and master\u2019s degrees at Union College and a medical degree at Albany Medical College. She completed residency training at Drexel University College of Medicine and a fellowship in rheumatology at Emory University School of Medicine. She is board-certified in rheumatology and internal medicine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr. Abraham specializes in arthrocentesis, to remove excess fluid from a joint, and joint injections. She chose her specialty because she wanted to help people when they are experiencing difficulties.
