Both strong and vulnerable, this tree can hold our memories and symbolize new life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Memory Tree is located at Samaritan Pacific Communities Hospital in the third-floor Visitor\u2019s Lounge. Both the lounge and the Memory Tree are generously sponsored in memory of Kenneth Stevens, MD. The metal tree was created by Oregon artist Ken Scott.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To engrave a leaf in memory of a loved one, use the button below and enter $25 (or more) per leaf on the donation form.
