ratio (1 coach for up to 5 clients at a time).&nbsp;This allows SAM Elite to provide the same individualized programming and attentive coaching needed to best reach your goals that you would find with personal training but in an energetic, positive, inclusive, and supportive community at a significantly decreased cost compared to private training.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\t<\/section>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div Offered by The SAM each summer, girls learn to create individualized programs with the help of physical therapists and strength coaches.
