Application Process<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Applying to the Sports Physical Therapy Residency Program should be completed through the American Physical Therapy Association\u2019s centralized application system RF-PTCAS<\/a>.<\/a> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In compliance with the standardized Sports Physical Therapy Residency match process, program applications open on Oct. 1<\/strong> and close on Dec. 1 <\/strong>each year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Provide proof of graduation from a CAPTE (Commission for Accreditation of Physical Therapy Education) accredited Physical Therapy Program.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Pass and the National Physical Therapy Board Examination prior to May 15, 2026.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Provide proof of a valid Oregon Physical Therapy license prior to May 15, 2026.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Provide proof of an up-to-date CPR\/BLS certification prior to May 15, 2026.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Possess one or more of the following credentials prior to our program start date in June:\n
